1. Provider

FAFAB INTEGRATED FACILITIES LTD (company number 17166678). Registered office: 2nd Floor Suite-8, Cranbrook House, 61 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, London, United Kingdom, IG1 4PG. FER Track is a product/service operated by FAFAB Integrated Facilities Ltd. Website: fertrack.app. Privacy enquiries may be submitted through FER Track’s published contact channels. Last updated: 3 November 2026. Commercial enquiries may be sent to sales@fertrack.app.

2. Service and workspaces

FER Track supports workspace administration, worker invitations and accounts, attendance, clock-in, break and clock-out records, attendance history, scheduling, assignments, staffing workflows, site/manager access, uploaded evidence/documents and operational reporting. Access depends on assigned roles and permissions. Geofencing is still being developed/finalised and is not a fully available production feature. Payroll and client invoicing are available production features. Selfie-based attendance evidence capture is available; automated face-recognition matching and liveness verification are not enabled. Remaining roadmap functionality should not be relied on as an available service.

3. Accounts and appropriate use

Customers should authorise administrators carefully, maintain accurate worker information, protect credentials and limit permissions to legitimate duties. Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, interfere with service security or use monitoring covertly or disproportionately. Customers should inform workers about monitoring and assess their employment and privacy requirements. Creating an account does not establish worker consent to monitoring.

4. Subscriptions and payment arrangements

Subscriptions, limits, billing cycles, renewal, cancellation and any refunds are governed by the applicable plan and commercial terms communicated to the customer. Promotional trials depend on eligibility and approval. Available payment arrangements may include PayPal and GoCardless, depending on the applicable commercial arrangement. This does not mean automated payment processing is available in every service flow.

5. Availability and ending service

The service may require maintenance and may be affected by interruptions. Do not rely on it as the sole source of safety-critical information. Access may be restricted where necessary to address security risks, unlawful use or breaches of applicable service terms. Support, cancellation, data export and account closure enquiries may be submitted through published contact channels; applicable contractual terms govern those arrangements. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to operate the service, meet contractual requirements and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and customer requirements. Account deletion or deactivation may not automatically remove all operational, audit or legally required records. Infrastructure backups may be maintained by the relevant hosting/database providers; retention and recovery arrangements depend on the configured service plan and infrastructure settings.

6. Responsibility and governing law

Customers remain responsible for workplace decisions and checking operational records. The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
